We have a number of ways of contacting us.

We have two mailing lists, Cache901 and Cache901-dev. The first is used for general discussion, such as how to's, questions about features, new releases, and the like. The second is the one the developers use to communicate and discuss what's coming up next and how to go about doing it.

If you wish to file a bug report, or request a feature, then the best choice is first to register for an account in our ticket tracking system, and then to open a new ticket in our ticket tracking system.You are more than welcome to just send in an email to either of those lists, and we will act on them, definitely. But getting the ticket opened puts it into the system we use for determining when the next release happens. It's a good way to get our attention.
